Registration Rules
The registration link will be published in a private Ithaca Tango Rendezvous Facebook group.Each participant should register with an opposite-gender partner (male–female), regardless of preferred role.
Upon receiving your application, it will be reviewed, and if accepted, an individual email will be sent to both participants with payment instructions (via PayPal).
Upon receiving your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to both participants with a QR code.
Your registration is complete, and we'll welcome you at the Ithaca Tango Rendezvous.
If you are not a member of our Ithaca Tango Rendezvous Facebook group, you can email us at ithacatangorendezvous@gmail.com to request access. Please provide your Facebook or Instagram account so we can find and identify you. The same process applies if you'd like to be added to the waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life circumstances can change. However, to help maintain a balanced and comfortable dance environment for all participants, we apply the following cancellation policies:
Full Refund (minus processing fee)
You may cancel your registration as a registered couple up to one month before the event date and receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per person.
Partial Refund
Cancellations made 15–30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event date.
Single Partner Cancellation
If one person from a registered couple is unable to attend the event, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the registration for both participants unless a replacement is found for the person wishing to cancel.
Pass Transfer
You may transfer your pass to another dancer of the same role (leader-to-leader or follower-to-follower). Please contact the organizers to receive approval before arranging a transfer. Alternatively, we may credit your balance toward a future event — you'll still need to register with a partner for that future event.
Event Cancellation
In case of event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
